The Flex Account
A fully comprehensive option that incorporates the day to day support and benefits of our Specialist Support Service retainer, PLUS specific face to face time allowances for your on-site projects and requirements. The Flex Account provision includes access to our Human Resources, Employment Law, Health & Safety and Accounting/Payroll:
- On-site policies and procedures health check
- Our Specialist Support Service telephone and e-mail advice as standard
- Face to face consultancy and support
- Activity outsourcing such as ; recruitment, policy and paperwork preparation, discipline and grievance assistance, risk assessments, financial and management accounting
- Employment Law guidance and representation
- Skills based and accredited training including: HSE and CIEH Health & Safety courses, HR and Employment Law topics
- Personal mentoring for in-house specialists
The service is available on a 12 month maximum tie-in contract, after which time we will review the service with you and ensure it suits your needs moving forward.
Fees are fixed per calendar month based on the quarterly face to face time allowance you need.
