Intellect Business Services Ltd. is made up of employed consultants from the fields of Human Resources, Employment Law, Health & Safety and Accounting/Payroll alongside administration and business development teams who you will undoubtedly have dealings with through your involvement with us. Our specialists are active professionals in their field, working on a daily basis with our clients across a wide range of sectors, providing support and assistance to help their businesses succeed.

Managing Director and Senior HR Consultant - Claire Morton:
Chartered MCIPD with extensive HR expertise within private and public sectors at home and abroad. She has worked at a strategic level for many years and has internal HR provision and outsourcing expertise. She is an enthusiastic and influential Business and HR Strategist with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Claire is a key player and dynamic agent of change with a passion and commitment to achieving business objectives through people.
Director of Employment Law Services - Veena Allison:
Veena started her career in private practice, specialising in employment law. She became frustrated by the tendency of solicitors to wait until disputes had escalated before getting involved and believed that prevention was better than litigation. In response to this she left private practice to provide accessible, proactive support services to businesses as an Employment Law consultant, providing practical advice at an early stage; limiting the risk of issues becoming litigious. However, where tribunal claims are unavoidable, Veena’s skills and experience are invaluable in helping you protect your business and reputation.
Director of Health & Safety - Nick Gardner:
Has extensive Health and Safety expertise within a broad range of sectors from manufacturing to stately homes. An enthusiastic trainer, he has been involved in Health and Safety training for many years to a wide client base including prisoners, college students and employees. Nick’s strength is being able to work within teams of people and understand their needs immediately, his analytical and problem solving skills have helped many organisations avoid Health and Safety pitfalls and protecting businesses from costly fines.
Company Accountant - Stuart Prater:
An ACCA qualified accountant heading up our accounts team. Stuart has gained an outstanding range of experience working with small, medium and large business within a Chartered Accountancy firm, helping organisations in numerous market sectors. Since moving to Intellect he has overseen the centralising of accounts for a large group of over 30 companies. Stuart strengths are in being able to deal with multiple processes, pulling together the best service to offer significant cost savings.
Management Accountant - Katie Anderson:
Katie is a part qualified accountant, working towards her full CIMA. She has 6 years experience developed across a variety of sectors including large and small company accounts. Katie’s approach is friendly and open and she is dedicated to making our clients’ experience a professional and efficient one
Accounts Assistant - Richard Clive:
After building up extensive Credit Control experience and spending a year travelling Australasia and Thailand, Richard has returned to the UK and is studying for his AAT qualification. This will enable him to add to his skills and development of his professional career whilst giving our clients an ever improving service.
Business Development - Vanessa Newell:
Vanessa has over 10 years experience in business generation, marketing and project management within the training and development sector; having worked on both funded and private training campaigns for small, medium and corporate organisations. This background is mirrored in her desire to help others succeed through developing their own confidence and skills.
Business Development - Karen Lewis:
Karen has a long and varied background in business development for many sectors including; human resources, training, care homes, recruitment and even league football. Her varied experience places her perfectly to offer both flexibility and variety to her clients. With a preference for face to face involvement, there is every chance that you will meet Karen at one point or another.
