Introduction:
This workshop provides delegates with essential practical understanding of data protection compliance issues in the workplace and will include:

- Practical guidance on the obtaining, usage and storage of staff data
- Complying with subject access requests from employees, ex-employees and job applicants

- 'References' – the data protection implications of both giving and receiving them
